As it stands as the moment all you business letters and order forms, if you are a limited liability company, should contain the following information:

  • The company's full name including the word "limited"
  • Every directors full name and their nationality if not Irish
  • The company's place of registration
  • The company's registered number
  • The address of the company's registered office.

Since the April 1st this information must now be displayed on your website, with the exception of the directors names and nationalities.

This information does not have to be on the front page of your website. You could put it in the contact us information, but you cannot hide it away.
